In connection with the ROM Visit that will be undertaken by Ms. Laure Saporta, External Evaluator for the European Union, on 20 and 21 February 2012 for the DReAMS Project, we are pleased to invite the esteemed Mayor, together with the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC), on 20 February 2012, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, at the Provincial Planning and Development Office Conference Room for the ROM Interaction with Municipal Actors.

As a brief background, the ROM Interaction with Municipal Actors will be participated only by the Mayor and the MPDCs in one hand and the External Evaluator on the other. The sole purpose of the interaction is for the External Evaluator to appreciate the progress achieved so far by the DReAMS Project in the municipalities concerned in line with the Action’s objectives and expected results and the level of awareness and involvement of the local state actors.

For your advance perusal, we have here attached the Program Itinerary for the ROM Visit (Kindly refer to the shaded part for specific details). Should there be any concern, please don’t hesitate to instruct any of your staff to keep in touch with DReAMS Project through Ms. Coleen Montalba, Project Finance and Operations Officer.
